  • Vehicle washing and detailing
  • Commercial and domestic pressure washing
  • Bin cleaning and sanitization
  • Industrial equipment cleaning

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking: Services can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Payment: Payment can be made online via Stripe or arranged to be paid after service completion. Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

3.3 Pricing: Prices may vary based on the condition of surfaces and additional requirements. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for unusually dirty surfaces, oil stains, dried mud, or areas requiring special treatment.

4. Water Access Requirement

All cleaning services require access to an external water supply. Customers must confirm availability of an outdoor water tap before booking. If water access is not available, the service may need to be rescheduled or cancelled.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Customer Cancellation: Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

5.2 Weather Conditions: Services may be postponed due to adverse weather conditions for safety reasons. No cancellation fees apply in such circumstances.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Insurance: Aqua Clean Pro UK maintains appropriate public liability insurance. Details of our insurance coverage are available upon request.

6.2 Property Damage: While we take every precaution to protect your property, customers should remove or secure any fragile items before our arrival. We are not liable for damage to items not properly secured.

6.3 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and clear access to areas requiring cleaning
  • Ensuring availability of external water supply
  • Removing or securing fragile items and vehicles if necessary
  • Informing us of any special requirements or hazards
  • Being present or arranging access during scheduled service times

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws. Customer information is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required for service delivery.

9. Complaints and Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will investigate all complaints and work to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
